You agree to:
Maintain account security
Keep login details confidential
Use the platform lawfully
Not attempt unauthorised access or reverse engineering
We may suspend access where misuse is detected.
4. Subscription and Payments
Where services are subscription-based:
Fees are billed in advance
Payments must be made on time
Services may be suspended for overdue accounts
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed
Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Lawful use of marketing and messaging tools
Obtaining consent before contacting customers
Compliance with NZ privacy and anti-spam laws

6. Messaging and Communication
Clients using SMS, email, or automation features must:

Honour unsubscribe requests immediately
Avoid misleading or deceptive communications
We may suspend messaging services if complaints occur.
7. Intellectual Property
All systems, processes, templates, designs, and platform configurations remain the intellectual property of More Than A Website unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their business content and customer data.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure providers.
We are not liable for outages, disruptions, or policy changes made by third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:
More Than A Website shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including:
Loss of revenue
Loss of data
Business interruption
Marketing performance outcomes
Total liability is limited to fees paid for services within the previous three months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
We may immediately suspend services where:
Terms are breached
Illegal activity occurs
Messaging abuse or spam complaints arise
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it without consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
13. Change to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
